The goals for the seminar were to:
- Present results and impacts of existing screening activities on emerging pollutants.
- Discuss what will be the problems we can foresee.
- Identify areas of particular interest in an extended, European/global perspective.
- Discuss how we can make the best use of the results from screening projects in chemicals risk assessment work – are we focusing on right substances and matrices?
